Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method. Standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by law.
For faulty or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
